| [Brief Description] | Arrow Shark Smart Billet Rail Mono-E is a brother version of the Smart Rail - Mono Gas version that we have released earlier in 2020. The Mono-E version rails are especially designed to work with large size brushless electric motor set ups in virtual mono hulls available in the market from 50” to 75”. The degree of the “V” angle in the billet rail base might not fit seamlessly to the angles of your hull bottom, but that gap between the billet base and the hull bottom will be well covered by the Epoxy AB glue, which also enhances viscosity.
The Smart Rails - Mono E was CNC machined from T6 aluminum with a precise hollow design, reducing the weight to its limit. The rail base has a creative design of reinforcement grooves for storing the Epoxy AB glue which efficiently helps to firmly stick the billet bases to the bottom of the hull for a stable operation. There are four heavy duty isolation rubbers in a diameter of 30mm line up between the billet rails and billet bases to absorb any leftover vibrations from the engine before it transfers to the hull. This is done to improve the positive power conveyed, reaching the superlative performance The threads and adjusting slots in the rails are precisely pre-drilled for accurate hardware and engine installation. The billet rails are fully adjustable in both horizontal and vertical directions for a convenient setting and adjusting of the center of gravity of your boat. The exclusive function of the smart billet rail enables you to move the complete rails with all hardware installed inside and outside the hull for hassle-free maintenance. The traditional wooden engine rail cannot be compared with the user friendly design of the billet rails in both the rigidity of the material and the function. |
