We know that genuine customer feedback about product performance comes from product use. however, it is not always possible to decrease our retail prices.

After more than four years of preparation, we are extremely proud to release a brand new generation of RC Marine products to our worldwide customers, and from year 2020 on, we will offer Arrow Shark Memberships to our loyal customers in order to make our products more affordable.

Terms & Agreements 
* We offer different level of memberships with different discount rates to suit your need, please refer to the chart below for the detail to see which type of membership would suit your best. 
* We charge a fee for different level of membership for every three years period. This fee must be paid via bank wire transfer, and is not refundable when completed. 
* We will allow up to 5 members in one account to share the membership fee in order making it affordable to every members, please check the membership chart below for more detail. 
*One account can only have one username and password. The account's members should agree on a shareable username and password. 
* All members in same account must provide their detail shipping address and contact phone number in the account, the shipping address from the order payment must match to the registration address in the member's account. otherwise, we will not ship out the order until further confirmation is made. 
* All the members in same account must live in same country. 
* When your higher member account is due, we will allow you to send the payment for the account renewing within 7 business days, if we do not receive the payment within the specified period of time, we will downgrade your account back to free member account, and will upgrade again when the payment is received.

How to Apply And Access The Higher Level Member Account 
* In order to abtain access to higher member account, you will first need to register a free member account, then, contact us to apply for the level member account that you prefer, we will upgrade your account once we receive your membership payment.

* When you log in to our website with a membership account, the website will display the prices for all products according to your membership level, different levels of membership will see different prices in our website which is the already discounted price. Please check the discount rate detail for different levels of membership in the chart below.

* We do not offer discount for the products we list in On-Sale Section of our website.

How To Choose A Suitable Membership 

* Gold Member-Suits customers who do not wish to share a membership with others, A 10% discount is also a great saving when you purchase something more expensive.

* Platinum Member- Not recommend for individual customer. Also not recommended if you are not a RC Boat builder and purchase a lot of parts to build RC boat projects as a business. It is likely that the money you save from your purchase will not be enough to cover your annual fee, we allow up to three members in the Platinum account. Therefore, if you have two more RC boating friends willing to split the annual fee with you, then, the 15% discount is a super deal for both you and your friends.

* Diamond Member- The discount rate for a Diamond Member is same as the Arrow Shark Dealer’s rate, this level of the membership is specially aimed for the customers who run RC business among RC Boating friends or at internet platform without a website or storefront, you can also share this account with up to 4 of your business partners, and the 20% discount is the best rate Arrow Shark offers to its dealers.

About Shipping Charge and Payment 
Shipping-We offer free worldwide shipping via express mail to most countries for the order total over $200.00 for the most products available in our website, if the products are not qualify under free shipping program, it will be noted within the products detail page.
 if the order total below $200.00, we will only charge $28.00 for the express shipping cost, if the orders to the countries that do not cover under our free shipping program even your order total over $200.00, we will contact you after receiving your order to make new arrangement for you.

Payment- For any higher level members, if the order total over 2000.00USD, we prefer the payment be made via bank wire transfer to our US business bank account, as well for any custom build orders. Therefore, after you placed the order, please contact us with your order number, we will provide you our bank account information, please make sure you including your order number as a "message" to us within your wire transfer, so, we know this payment is from you, and your order will be shipped out as soon as we received your payment.
