If a product offered by Arrow Shark is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition or exchange to other products.

PRICING 

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, was calculated carefully by Arrow Shark after the product is released. However, Our retail Price not represent the prevailing price in different location of Arrow Shark dealers, and we hold the right to either increasing or decreasing the retail price according to different season or occasions without notice, such as applying certain products to our special discount program or as we decide to.

Tax

Since our company was registered in USA (New York), so, we do charge 8.85% state tax for IRS to all the customers from New York state only.

RESPONSIBILITY

RADIO CONTROLLED GAS POWER BOAT AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE AND KNOWLEDGE. 

Arrow Shark DO NOT takes any responsibility for crash damages; all functions must be double confirmed before taking your boat to the water.
Arrow Shark DO NOT takes any responsibility for improper installation of our products. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection to all items sold by Arrow Shark.
The user is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Arrow Shark DOES NOT takes any responsibility for injury, crashes, and damages, loss of accessories, parts and materials that occur during the use of any radio-controlled models. Excessive awareness and care should be taken when using RC products.
All sales are final. In the case of a missing or defective part, please notify us no later than 3 days after receiving the item. We will then arrange for an exchange. Any product return is on an exchange basis only.
If an item is damaged during transportation, the Buyer is responsible for correctly completing and lodging the appropriate damage report form at their local post office and for sending a copy of that completed form to us in order that we can claim for insurance from the shipping company. We will arrange the replacement part to customer once the damage report is received.
We are not responsible for damage to items during transportation that has been caused by the shipping company. Any refund will be made at our discretion only when we receive the claim value from the shipping company. The shipping cost is not refundable as that has been used.
We are not responsible for transit time as this is controlled solely by the shipping company.
The Buyer is responsible for paying any amount charged by the government of the Buyer's country. This includes, but is not limited to, any duty, tax, COD charge or similar amount.
