We will accept the returns of merchandise that were purchased from our website within 7 business days of receiving the items. Please contact us at: order@arrowshark.com when you have any issue with our products and want to return the product back for exchange. We will give you the shipping address for the returning products once we receive your email, customers must agree to the following conditions before ship the product back to us: 

1) The shipping cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

2) Providing us the tracking number once the package is on its way to us.. 
3) We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
4) Items must be returned in an original and unused condition. We reserve the right to not accept items that have been used.
5) Including a brief description of the reasons for the return or exchange.
6) For Non-Defective Product return, we will charge 10% re-stock fee, for free shipping order, we will also charge shipping for that order, and refund the customer the balance after return package received.
