| [Brief Description] | Arrow Shark 2020 smart billet rail series of Mono Version Rail is specially designed to work with both single cylinder engine and twin inline cylinders engine in virtually mono hulls available in the market from 50”up to 75”, the degree of the "V" angle in the billet rail base might not fit seamlessly to the angles of your hull bottom, but that gap between the billet base and the hull bottom will be well covered by the Epoxy AB glue and enhancing the viscosity.
The Smart Rails was CNC machined from T6 aluminum with precisely compact structure. The rail base has creative design of reinforcement grooves for storing the Epoxy AB glue that efficiently helps sticking the billet bases to the bottom of the hull firmly for the stable operation. There are four of heavy duty isolation rubbers in diameter of 30mm line up between the billet rails and billet bases to absorb the leftover vibrations from the engine before that transfer to the hull to improve the positive power conveying to reach the superlative performance. The threads and adjusting slots in the rails were precisely pre-drilled for the accurate hardware and engine installation, the billet rails are fully adjustable in both direction of the horizontal and vertical for the convenience setting or adjusting of Center of Gravity of your boat. The exclusive function of the smart billet rail is enabling you to move the complete rails with all hardware installed in and out of the hull for adjustment or maintenance without any hassle, The both rigidity of material and function of user-friendly design of the billet rails are the traditional wooden engine rail couldn't be contrasted with. |

Make your build so easy. I just build a CRC 70'' SV40 with Twin inline and the gear box and the drive all from A.S, and those rails make the process so much easier. And definitely look awesome.
It's a very strong rails.
It going to look good all bling out.
