| [Brief Description] | The more powerful your engine or the faster your boat, the more critical is obtaining a perfect alignment between the top of your flex shaft and the collet on your clutch or engine. To help achieve that perfect alignment, the latest 2020 version of our Arrow Shark T-Bar V2 provides not only easy fitting between industry-standard 5" engine rails, but easy alignment for the flex shaft both side-to-side and vertically. the new added front integrative bearing accepts standard 1/4" Flex shaft and offers not only smooth but also wearing-free operation to your flex shaft.
The T-Bar was CNC machined from top quality T6 aluminum and anodized in both Brilliant Red and Jet Black to match the colors of other billet products we have available such as engine and scale drives, it has exclusive deign of detachable adjustment block which equips with a 9.1mm diameter receptacles with secure nuts to easily accept and hold firmly a 9mm stuffing tube in exactly the right place for the flex shaft to slip precisely into your collet. Because the misalignment causes heat, wear and loss of performance, and risks premature failure of the flex shaft. To prevent these possibilities of trouble for your boat, our 2020 T-Bar has four individual bolts that allow final adjustment of your stuffing tube and flex shaft so you can position them exactly in line with your collet. As well, the integral grease nipple for easy injecting the grease to provide for ongoing lubrication of your flex shaft when running, contributing further to reliability and efficient operation. We also have innovative design of detachable oil-cup-Lubricator-X that works seamlessly with the T-bar and it is available for sale separately in our website. |
