We think that should be when your RC boats stop in the middle of the lake and you can do nothing to bring it back! Same question has been bother us for years, and We try to fight with this challenge for many years now, that is the reason why we develop the onboard electric starter in different versions to solve this issue for RC boaters, even though it works for most situations but not for all! What If your RC boat stops because runs out of gas, then, the onboard electric starter can do nothing either! But, we have never given up on this project! After months of developing and testing, we are now proud to bring you the true solution to this long standing challenge! We are pleased to introduce you The Arrow Shark TS760-Hybrid Power kit for RC gas power boats rescue.
The TS760-Hybrid power kit was designed as the second power source and flawless integrating with your gas engine to make your gas engine as hybrid power engine, it runs by a strong 760 series electric motor with soft belt drive and seamless attached to our Clutch system that could easily drive your gas power boat back to the deck if there is anything happen to your gas engines. The main components of the TS760-Hybrid power kit was precisely by CNC machined, the whole kit equips with total15 bearings plus 5 belt wheels to insure the smoothly power transfer from the electric motor to clutch system, The position of the electric motor on the TS760-Hybrid power kit is designed to be fully adjustable right and left or up and down for easy installation to the most RC boats that available in the market, more over, the right side of the electric motor set up will effectively balance the weight from the left side of the exhaust muffler system in your boat. The Hybrid power kit integrates with our clutch V3 system to directly bolt onto your gas engine, the kit comes with optional of R-One control device and servo remote switch, The R-One device is designed to be fully water-proof and will continue to function even when sinking underwater, so there is no worry that the device will be damaged by any splashes of water. It has a drain hole so any water that does get in can quickly flow out. Also the R-One will supply 5.2V power from the E-Starter LIPO for your radio system. You do not need a separate battery for that. Simply turn on the power switch of the R-One and your receiver and servos will be powered from the LIPO battery. The R-One device will accept the LIPO battery up to 3S (11.1V). The servo remote switch was designed with all-in-one metal gear servo with a CNC mounting plate, You can mount this on the engine rail of your hull anywhere you prefer as it comes with a generous 500mm extension receiver wire to easily reach your servo box, the servo remote switch could accept the LIPO battery up to 4S, if you wish your hybrid power kit to run faster, you can use servo remote control as the power switch for the TS760-Hybrid Kit. the TS760-Hybrid power kit will work with most marine gas engines that available in the market such as Arrow Shark, Zenoah, RCMK, QD, CY or Clone Zenoah type engine from 23cc up to 60cc inline engines. We recommend to use 11.1V 3S LIPO battery for the TS760-Hybrid power kit, please note that this kit is designed for RC boats rescue not for racing, the electric motor has not designed with water cooling system, therefore, you can not continually run it for more than 20 minutes, it might cause electric motor overheated. Please note that to run the R-one plus for the TS760-Hybrid power kit, you must connect the water cooling tube via the device for the proper operation, without the water cooling, the device will get heat up and burn out. If you just using the BEC output for short time servo testing, make sure the testing time is within 5 minutes for the device without water cooling and check the temperature of the R-one plus at every minutes for the safety operation. If you do using the built-in BEC 6V power output for your receiver, make sure that your boat has less than three servos that connects to the receiver, If you do not using the BEC 6V power output for the receiver and servos, then, you will need to provide a separate 6V battery for the receiver and servos, and do not turn on the switch on the R-one plus, or you can disconnect the red positive wire from the R-one plus signal wire that goes to the receiver. This way, the the separate 6V battery power will not interfere with the R-one plus operation. |
