| [Brief Description] | For over a year of designing from scratch with countless testing and improving, Arrow Shark is extremely proud to introduce and release this extraordinary final version of jet propulsion drive system-Ultra-Jet, The main components of Ultra-Jet are precision-engineered and manufactured with up-to-date CNC technology, especially the intake body was squarely machined from an aluminum block and results with a radiant external finish whilst any unnecessary surplus metal was removed to reach its optimum weight.
Most impeller for the RC jet in the market was made of aluminum which is softer and more prone to wear and easy to deform, therefore, we made our impeller in copper same material we use to make all of our pro-mod propeller series, there are many advantages with copper impeller that including resistance to abrasion and deterioration when small rocks or sand are sucked through the jet unit, our 52mm in diameter four-blades copper impeller works perfectly with 54mm inner diameter of billet housing, it is not only improve the longevity, also delivers outstanding performance. This is twin set up of Ultra-Jet Drive, we have specially developed a gear box with two clockwise rotation output drive shafts to identically suit the spin direction of the impellers in twin Ultra-jets set up, the gear box has a 1/4 inches square collet input which will be able to accept any gas engines up to 60cc with a short version of flexible shaft that has one 1/4” square end, it will as well work with a large size electric motor. The twin Ultra-Jets come with four 20kg hi-torque metal servos for handling both steering nozzle and reverse bucket, the servos were assembled with the position fully adjustable servo mount for the most flexible installation and easy maintenance. The billet material with precisely CNC construction makes the reverse bucket not only durable but also stylish, plus the exceptional design of servo control linkage set up make this draw back function unbeatable in its class. The Ultra-Jet represents Arrow Shark top line of luxury hardware and RC marine technology, it is not only delivers outstanding performance for various RC boat applications, it is also a truly “work of art” for display at any place. |
