Arrow Shark Black-Fire power tuned pipe was designed to work with virtually all brands of RC marine two stroke engine that are available in the market from 23cc up to 32cc in both stock or modified version, the turned pipe was manufactured with high- quality stainless steel by hand crafted and fusion TIG welded and finished with the mirror polished, the header adaptor was laser cut for the precisely locking tension and ready for the 22mm diameter exhaust header to be properly installed. The Black-Fire was designed with single cone diffuser, zero band large belly(63mm diameter), two stage baffle, and external stinger, the single cone diffuser transfers proper return vacuum wave when primary pressure wave is traveling along the diffuser, and the zero band large belly delivers shorter distance positive waves travel and produces higher RPM and power whilst two stage baffle with the lesser angle increase the speed of return wave to reach the cylinder before the exhaust port is closing in order to increase cylinder pressure, the two stage baffle design also wider the pipe power-band and still run strong when at low RPM range. The Black-Fire is not only performance well, it is also a truly eye stopper which has a custom laser “Tattoo”of aggresive eagle tracing fire picture engraving on the the pipe to make it looks extremly cool. The Black-Fire Power Tune Pipe will be performance as a “HOT” pipe without water cooling at header entrance, it comes with a innovative design of custom sealing adaptor that was manufactured with combination material of silicone and Fluorine that delivers excellent results of both anti-petrol and heat-resistance and teams up with a heavy duty SS pipe clamp, that covers and seals from the exhaust header upon pipe entrance in order to prevent any gas or smoke leaking into your boat. |
